These terms and conditions  apply to all transactions concluded with you the customer, when you shop via the Victoria Technical Institute website online store.

Victoria Technical Institute reserves the right to alter these Online Store Terms from time to time.

All Jurisdiction and matters of arbitration in Chennai High Court, Tamil Nadu, India only.

Availability of Products
If online store products become temporarily unavailable due to some un-foressen problem Victoria Technical Institute shall hold your order until the product back in stock and will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then Victoria Technical Institute will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.

Colour reproduction
Victoria Technical Institute has made every effort to reproduce colours in the online store as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. This means that when you order products from the online store, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

Packing
We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then paper packing. However, at times the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

Delivery details
Please provide full, detailed address with contact phone number. The contact phone number must be of the customer who can be contacted in case the goods could not be delivered. Victoria Technical Institute is not responsible if the addressee is not available or incorrect address.

Product and pricing
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
 
Victoria Technical Institute reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
Custom stitched garments
 Refunds or exchanges won’t be accepted in case of custom made goods.  

Refund / Return policy for Custom made costumes
We do not accept returns or refunds for custom made costumes. In case of alterations the costume has to be sent back to us.
Appropriate charges will be applied and the shipping cost has to be paid by the consignee

Cancellation/Returns Policy
VTI have the right to cancel any order you make for any product, if you fail our validation or security checks. In certain instances you may not receive email confirmation of an order being cancelled. If payment has been processed you will receive a 50% of payment amount against the cancelled order.

If in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days(fourteen days - for local consignments) of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs.

If you wish to exchange or return any product then please send the product back with item number and reason for return to the below mentioned address :

Should you have any queries regarding a return then please contact us through the above mentioned phone number/ email id.

You must not:
I. Republish material from VTI
II.Sell, rent or sub - license material from VTI.
III.Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from VTI
IV. Redistribute content from Vti Chennai (unless content is specifically made for redistribution)

Content Liability
We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Website. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your website. No links may appear on your website or within any context containing content or materials that may not be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
